| Our 600 gallon per hour (10 GPM) version of vacuum distillation for the removal of free and dissolved water to levels of below 100 PPM. 6 gallons of water per hour removal rate can be achieved in some applications. JB 600’s are recommended for Oil reservoirs of 2000 to 5000 gallons. Standard features include Variable Speed Drive controller, 37.5KW of heat, inlet solenoid shut off safety, wing-nut closures, liquid ring vacuum pump with chiller, Pre and Post Filtration, DP and pressure gauges on each filter vessel, interior and exterior epoxy paint, inlet/outlet hoses, and ball valves on all ports. |
