Ruggedly constructed from chemical resistant cast iron, HS series pumps feature hardened shafts and Viton® shaft seals. Our rotary piston design inherently reduces wear by eliminating metal-to-metal contact in the pumping chamber. Low rotational speeds further reduce wear.

A large oil reservoir extends pump life by reducing sensitivity to contaminants, and a high volume oil flow system sweeps process impurities away from moving components before they can cause damage. An adjustable gas ballast system offers added protection against wear by removing condensable gas vapors, which can reduce sealant lubricity and decrease pump performance.
