VFT Dry running pump eliminates oil changes and the chance of oil vapor. Air cooled by separate fans for the motor and the double walled pump cylinder. Special exhaust valves reduce internal pressure, resulting in lower temperatures and extended carbon vane life. A built in 5 micron inlet filter(s) and exhaust silencer are standard unit is especially designed for use where a large capacity, easily maintained dry running pump is desired. Can handle dry air with humidity up to 100%. Excellent for vacuum hold down, waste anesthetic gas evacuation and other applications with high leakage rates.

VLT and VTE Dry running pump eliminates the need for oil changes and the chance of oil vapor contaminating the work place environment. Cast iron construction insures durability and quiet operation. Five micron inlet filter, exhaust silencer, vacuum regulator valve and long life carbon vanes are standard features. An external cover protects operator from hot surfaces, contributes to efficient cooling and sound attenuation (this applies only to VLT). The VLT is available in models 10, 15, 25, and 40. Used for handling dry air with humidity up to 100%. Excellent for vacuum holding, lifting, pick and place, and other applications with high leakage rates.

VGA Oil lubricated with oil circulated by differential pressure. Constructed of a special alloy which makes this pump very lightweight. It operates at 3450 rpm allowing for a small physical size with high volume capacity. The pump and motor are an integral unit which also contributes to a very compact design. The oil tank completely surrounds the rotor housing which results in an exceptionally low noise level. Standard features include a 5 micron inlet filter, built in non-return valve and exhaust silencer. It is designed for workplace environments that demand low noise levels and improved exhaust filtering. Excellent for use in food packaging applications and where higher process vacuum levels are required.

New cylinder construction allows for efficient cooling in a lightweight, compact design. Flange mounted NEMA, TEFC, USA manufactured motor. Dry running, chemical duty vacuum pump utilizes rotary lobe blower concepts and has been proven to be very well suited to satisfy the rigorous demands of the pharmaceutical and chemical process industries. Three independent, cantilever-mounted, modular stages allow for process vacuum utilization from atmosphere down to 0.38 Torr. Three models offer a capacity range from 100 to 240 dfm. Constructed of cast iron, carbon steel, and Teflon wetted surfaces, this pump offers high reliability for distillation and drying applications involving process streams heavily ladened with solvents. The pump can be effectively integrated into system packages for applications where the generation of hazardous waste is strictly prohibited or the reclamation of solvents is required. The unique modular stage construction allows for easy, rapid, cost effective, field maintenance without having to disconnect utilities or process connections. The pump design permits all stages to maintain common temperatures over a wide range.

This chemical dry pump has been designed to minimize the generation of contaminated waste and to eliminate the pollution of large liquid volumes, typical of other technologies. The simplicity and small footprint of the pump makes is an ideal replacement for liquid ring vacuum pumps for the pharmaceutical and chemical process industries. The VLB model incorporates a VL pump on an oil mist eliminator/condensate tank for applications requiring the collection of exhaust condensate and mist-free emissions. Low fresh oil level and high exhaust condensate level switches are intergral to the pump to provide safe and reliable operation. | ||
