All 4 Easy-Fueler designs share a solid foundation including:
  • Blackmer GXS-3 Gearbox driven positive displacement pump
  • Inlet strainer to protect pump from debris
  • Electric Motor - U.L. Listed explosion proof, 3PH, 208-230/460 VAC, 60HZ (also 190-380 VAC 50HZ at reduced pressure)
  • Velcon filter separator qualified to 240 GPM API Group II, Class B, 3rd Edition
  • All tubing and tube fittings are stainless steel
  • All butterfly and check valves included for one storage tank (multi-tank valve manifolds available); connector for truck unloading, upturned 45o to minimize spills.
  • Fully primed and spray painted with polyurethane paint
  • Flat plate skid design reinforced with a steel channel frame
  • All electrical components and conduit explosion proof class I Division I Group D
  • 100 Watt explosion proof light with switch
  • Air and pressure relief valve with outlet check valve
  • Dry drain system - allows filter draining for element changeout. Air and excess fuel pressure is relieved to storage tank with no mess (drain feature works only with below ground tank)
  • Electronic water probe with indicator light to stop the pump if water collects in the filter separator sump.
  • Gammon Gauge direct reading differential pressure gauge
  • Two system pressure gauges with snubbers (to extend the life of the gauge)
  • Dual stainless steel sample connections with probes and dust plugs.
  • Static grounding reel - 100 military specification with spring rewind and speed control
  • All pipes jig made - allows easy system modification and repair
  • All pipe welds heliarc type - hydro tested to 300 psi, air tested to 60 psi
  • Pump protection system to help prevent damage to the pump if it is left running. This includes a 45 minute shutdown timer (other timer periods available)


Performance

System One - Refueler Truck Loading


  • Uploads transport trailers - pumps fuel into storage through the filter separator at a rate of 200 GPM
  • Recirculates fuel from storage - pumps fuel through the filter separator and back to storage at 200 GPM
  • Loads refueler trucks - pumps fuel through the filter separator and to the truck at 200 GPM
  • Includes: Goodyear 2" x 15' API 1529 4th edition aviation hose, double elbow swivel to allow the hose to swing without kinking, bottom loading coupler, electric deadman model GTP - 1750A with U.L. Listed intrinsically safe control.

System Two - Overwing Refueling


  • Unloads transport trailers - pumps fuel into storage through the filter separator at a rate of 200 GPM
  • Recirculates fuel from storage - pumps fuel through the filter separator and back to storage at 200 GPM
  • Refuels aircraft overwing at up to 100 GPM - pumps fuel through the filter separator, meter, hose reel, 1 1/2" x 80' Goodyear API 1529 4th edition hose and into the aircraft through an OPW 295SAJ nozzle.
  • Includes: meter, motor rewind hose reel, with manual crank rewind backup, 3-roller hose guide, aluminum fuel wetted parts downstream of the filter separator.

System Three - Over and Underwing


  • Unloads transport trailers - pumps fuel into storage through the filter separator at a rate of 200 GPM
  • Recirculates fuel from storage - pumps fuel through the filter separator and back to storage at 200 GPM
  • Refuels aircraft overwing at a flow rate up to 100 GPM through an OPW 295 SAJ nozzle
  • Refuels aircraft underwing at up to 100 GPM through a 1 1/2" x 80' Goodyear hose, Them F116LV7D nozzle with daybreak quick disconnect and hose-end pressure regulator set at 45 PSI.
  • Includes: meter, motor rewind hose reel, with manual crank rewind backup, 3-roller hose guide, aluminum fuel wetted parts downstream of the filter separator. Electric deadman model GTP - 1750 with U.L. Listed intrinsically safe control and 50' cable reel, dual pressure control valve to allow two independent pressures for overwing and underwing fueling. Also includes an interlock to allow overwing fueling without use of the deadman handle.

System Four - High Flow Over and Underwing


  • Unloads transport trailers - pumps fuel into storage through the filter separator at a rate of 200 GPM
  • Recirculates fuel from storage - pumps fuel through the filter separator and back to storage at 200 GPM
  • Refuels aircraft overwing at a flow rate up to 100 GPM through an OPW 295 SAJ nozzle
  • Refuels aircraft underwing at 150 to 180 GPM through a 2" x 80' Goodyear hose thiem F116LV7D nozzle with a daybreak quick disconnect with hose-end pressure regulator
  • Includes: meter, motor rewind hose reel, with manual crank rewind backup, 3-roller hose guide, aluminum fuel wetted parts downstream of the filter separator. Electric deadman model GTP - 1750 with U.L. Listed intrinsically safe control and 50' cable reel, dual pressure control valve to allow two independent pressures for overwing and underwing fueling. Also includes an interlock to allow overwing fueling without use of the deadman handle.

Options

  • Add meter to system one
  • add static relaxation chamber to system one, three or four for safe truck loading with non-additive treated jet fuel.
  • Add ticket printer to meter
  • Add meter preset and stop valve so the operator can dispense an exact amount of fuel
  • Add additive injection system complete with suction tubing and drum holder for using the 55 gallon drum as the additive reservoir
  • Add filter separator drain line heater with stainless fuel wetted parts, thermostat, switch and "power on" indicator light
  • Add aircraft defueling
  • Convert standard 50' spring rewind deadman reel on systems three or four to 80' deadman reel.
  • Convert filter separator for Aqua-Con water absorbing elements (deletes water probe - don't use with option G)
  • Fiberglass paneled tilt-over hinged cabinet on an aluminum frame with Lexan door, stainless steel locking latch and three roller hose guide.
  • Stainless steel paneled cabinet otherwise same as K
  • Dual tank inlet and outlet valves and namifolds
  • Triple tank inlet and outlet valves and manifolds
  • Adds extra outlet valve and line for flow to a dispenser includes a return valve to allow recirculation from dispenser to storage
  • Increase hose length on systems two, three or four from 80' to 100'
  • Change the O)PW 295SAJ oval spout on systems two, three or four to round spout
  • Increase pressure and reduce the flow rates of systems three or four to 180 GPM to storage, 150 GPM recirculate and underwing at up to 100 GPM (system three) and up to 150 GPM (system four) underwing at nozzle pressure of 50 PSI. This maximizes flow rate for smaller aircraft such as Saberliner, Westwind and Learjet.
